Due to the nature of our products (veterinary medicines) and to ensure the health and safety of animals, please note the following return and exchange policy:
Products cannot be returned or exchanged once received or if they have been opened or used by the customer, in order to comply with health and safety standards.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
The customer received a product different from the one ordered.
The product was damaged or expired at the time of delivery.
The customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide photos showing the issue.
If the request does not fall under the above conditions (e.g., a change of mind or the product was opened by the customer), unfortunately, the return or exchange cannot be accepted.
